About the Concert

On April 16, 2016 at 7 PM, the Charlotte Concert Band, a performing ensemble from within the Queens music department, will be presenting its spring concert, which is entitled, "Homage." The band will be performing "Eternal Father, Strong to Save (The Navy Hymn)," a memoriam to the heroes of 9-11 entitled "A Hymn for the Lost and the Living," and a moving tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. entitled "Homage to the Dream." The concert is free and open to the public.  Donations will be accepted.
