SUGGESTIONS FOR ADVERTISEMENTS
  • We have a loyal audience and regularly reach hundreds of potential local customers.
  • Each advertiser can have a free listing and link on the Sponsor page of our website.
  • Our concert season typically runs from September to May and includes 5-6 concerts.
  • An ad is a great way to support the band and get attention for your business at the same time. 
  • Become a sponsor of one of our concerts. Contact us for available dates, rates and benefits.
USING THE ORDER FORM 

Electronic Ad – Electronic files are preferred and do not incur additional setup charges. A high-resolution PDF file with all fonts embedded is required. 

Camera-ready Ad – Advertiser provides a hard (paper) copy of ad that will need to be converted to electronic format. A setup charge of $10 will apply. 
  • Should contain only line drawings and text
  • Should not contain photos or shades of gray (black and white only)
  • Do not fold or paperclip artwork 

Business Cards Ad – Advertiser provides hard copy of business card that will need to be converted to electronic format. Prefer black & white – do not staple – a setup charge of $10 will apply 
  • Horizontal cards work well in half-page or business card size ads
  • Vertical cards will fit into 1⁄4 page ad only

    • Camera-ready Ad on paper -- Customer provides camera-ready artwork; $10 setup charge to digitize
    • Business Card — Customer provides business card; DO NOT STAPLE; $10 setup charge. Horizontal layout for Business Card size or 1/2 page size. Vertical layout for 1/4 page size only.
